Arrivo al bar un pò per caso un pò per scelta. La mia carriera è divisa fra ristoranti e street bar in cui ho sempre cercato di proporre oltre i drink, un modo di vivere e stare al bar fatto di semplicità cortesia e passione. Oggi da Nodo viviamo questa esperienza, cercando di mettere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite e i suoi gusti.
I came to the bar partly by chance, partly by choice. My career has been divided between restaurants and street bars where I have always tried to offer not only drinks, but also a way of living and being at the bar made up of simplicity, courtesy and passion. Today at Nodo we live this experience, trying to put the guest and his tastes at the centre of attention.
